APS’s timeframe for jurisdictional filing is paramount in our study plan. Our team will bring highly proven program management techniques to meet schedule and quality targets. Our approach employs detailed project scheduling and resource assignments, and we will assign a seasoned Project Manager to monitor all contributors to the study and provide early notice of impending risks.
Our team design has built-in redundancy to accommodate unanticipated events. We also recognize that managing a large array of contributors and stakeholders makes schedule adherence more challenging, and are planning appropriately. The team has already considered key schedule risks associated with less controllable aspects of the study, and has planned for alternate approaches. Our risk mitigation plan focuses heavily on alternate resource assignments and other means for managing the final milestone dates.
